Sentral Software Ordering

The Sentral system can be ordered in its entirety, or as individual modules which will allow schools to incorporate different aspects of the solution, as their budget allows.

New Sentral Customers
To get up and running with Sentral, you'll need to arrange a couple of things:

In most cases, this means a physical dedicated system. ASI offer a range of pre-certified systems, or you can supply the hardware yourself*. It is also possible to run Sentral under a virtualisation solution, such as VMware ESXi or similar. * When providing your own hardware, please check with us for compatibility first. An installation fee will apply. |

A Sentral Site Licence* is required to run any of the software on the system, and is renewed at the end of every calendar year. Additional applications (eg. EduPro, WebAttend, etc) can be ordered at the same time, or added at any later time by completing another order form. * Sentral Site Licence covers platform, GProxy, GProtect, WebCal, Web OASIS, School Management Modules, remote monitoring and management |
Existing Sentral Customers
I have a Sentral server and wish to purchase a licence for an add-on
Simply request the Individual Order Form and select the appropriate software titles you would like to purchase a licence for. Fax it through to our Accounts Department on 02 4938 9776 and they will issue an invoice to your school, as well as activating a fully functional trial licence for the software until your payment is received.
Our server is over 3 years old and we would like to upgrade it
To upgrade your server, download the ASI Sentral System Order Form and complete it, then send it directly to ASI Solutions by faxing it to the number on the form. ASI will then build your server to order and ship it direct to your school in approximately 2 weeks.*
When the new server arrives, call our Customer Service Team and let them know you have a new server and need to migrate data from your old server, and they will be able to take care of this for you.
* You may also provide your own hardware, subject to compatibility. Should you wish to do so, contact our Helpdesk and arrange to have it shipped to our Sydney office for installation and testing. A $350 installation including freight charge will apply.
